We don't cut corners when we produce Planet Bike products. To assure you of top performance in all conditions, we use only the best materials and subcomponents. Everything we make is factory and rider tested for quality. We realize, however, that pieces and parts can wear out after a time. Because we're committed to keeping our products on the road and out of the landfill, we make them rebuildable. Refurbish your Planet Bike product with the small parts available here.

returns
We happily accept returns of unused items that are in the original, undamaged packaging. Please call to discuss the details of the return and receive a return authorization number. If your item is not in the original, undamaged packaging it may be subject to a restocking fee which will be a percentage of the final sale and at the discretion of the customer service representative.
Orders older than 90-days from the original date of purchase will not be refunded.
warranty
We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner of Planet Bike products*. Warranty does not cover damage due to accident, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Any modification to Planet Bike products will void all warranty. Proof of purchase is required. Return of the product is required for inspection.

consumer protection
We hold the safety of our customers at the highest level. That's why we make some of the brightest bike lights on the market and that's why we test all our products to conform to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. Certificates of Conformity for effected products can be found here.
